He is Head of Finance at Tax & Business Solutions Ltd, having previously served as Internal Auditor at Ideal Capital Partners Ltd and Oak Plaza Hotels Ltd. A member of ACCA, he has specialized knowledge in IFRS.
Charles holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Ghana and an MSc in International Banking and Finance from the University of Salford, UK. His expertise includes SME start-ups, cash flow management, investment analysis, budgeting, financial control, IFRS reporting, internal controls, and accounting software.
He has contributed to establishing Genesis Mutual Fund, designing financial systems for Ideal Trade Ltd, and setting up the Internal Audit Department at Oak Plaza Hotels.
