Dr. Patrick Akanpaaba specializes in Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Human Capital Planning, Training, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. He began as a Technical Support Representative at Ghana Telecom, advancing to Quality Assurance Specialist and Mobile Team Manager at Vodafone Ghana.
He later served as Learning & Management Development Consultant at Vodafone and Associate Consultant at Provencal & Associates (Palladium Group USA), leading change management projects for the Electricity Company of Ghana. He has held leadership roles at Ideal Finance Limited, Groupe Ideal, and Nesst Capital.
Currently, he is Manager, Learning & Development at the Petroleum Commission and Managing Consultant of PA HR Services Ltd, consults for organizations including Yamusah Group, and lectures at Accra Business School. He holds a PhD (KNUST), Executive MBA (UGBS), B.Sc. Administration (Central University), and HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Cape Coast Technical University).
